Items purchased from Alchemia may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The
purchase must be returned unused and in the same condition in which it was received. We reserve the right to
deny any exchange or return that does not meet that requirement. Denied merchandise will be returned back to
the customer.
Exception: Items marked CLEARANCE are a final sale.

Shipping and Handling
Orders are not shipped until we complete credit verification. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm CST (excluding holidays) will be begin processing that day. Orders placed after 12pm CST will begin processing the following business day.
Domestic Shipping and Handling
Domestic orders can be shipped USPS, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. The shipping options are not available for Saturday deliveries.
